Exciting new ways to make school payments
We have introduced additional methods of payment within day care to make life easier for parents/carers, reduce the need for pupils to carry cash and reduce the volumes of cash being handled in the day care.
You are able to pay securely online 24/7 using debit/credit card for all school tuition and all other school expenses such as registration and deposits. As part of this initiative, we are starting with expanded the use of cashless catering systems in our center.
Online school payments
Automated invoicing, monthly statements and online payment facility has been rolled out recently in our center. The facility is available in all secondary schools and the majority of primary and ASN schools.
Invoices are normally generated 3 to 4 days before start of bi-weekly cycle. you can make payments as soon as you receive invoice or setup automated payments through the app by click of a button.
As the day care require you to pay for trips and other one time expenses they will make them available online.
Cashless catering
We are working towards enabling hot meals services in our day care. The system will also allows parents and staff to pay for meals without handling cash at the Point-of-Sale (POS).
